HERIAT
HERIAT is an operating name used by Francesco M. Böni, based in Switzerland, for private asset and transaction coordination. HERIAT is not a separate legal entity. Unless another contracting party is expressly identified in the relevant engagement or transaction documentation, Francesco M. Böni is the contracting party.
Role and Regulatory Perimeter
HERIAT coordinates acquisitions, disposals, capital processes, introductions, information flow and transaction review. HERIAT does not hold or accept client money or assets, provide custody, operate client wallets, manage portfolios, exercise discretionary authority, execute trades or provide exchange services.
Where a regulated service is required, it is provided by the relevant authorised provider under its own terms and responsibility.
